Coaching Model

We offer weekly coaching sessions, quarterly sight visits, and regular project reviews as part of tailored staff development and training program.
Management Model
In this model we function like central office at a correctional healthcare company with a few notable differences. We conduct a through evaluation or your site and medical leadership. We attend MAC and P&T meetings , meet regularly online with your staff, mange performance improvement initiatives, and conduct site visits at a minimum every quarter.
The notable differences? Problems or concerns with the healthcare operation are immediately brought to the superintendent. Our job is make sure you aware of what is happening . Cost savings do not go to the corporate office as profit, they stay at the facility. We don't move your best staff to other facilities.
Contract Assistance
You would not walk into a car repair shop and say, "I know nothing about cars. Please help me. " Jails and prisons do that all the time when they seek to hire a healthcare contractor. Sometimes the bid that seems the best may be missing a lot of things you need in order to show a low price. Other times it may have a lot you don't need. Having someone who understands correctional healthcare on your side of the table is a worthwhile investment.
Contract Monitoring
Often jails and prisons contract out healthcare when they are unsure about how to manage it. If that is the case, how do you make sure the contractor is doing a good job? You can wait for serious incidents or you can bring in a third party to make sure the money you are investing in healthcare is well spent.
